• Redefining the way pork is raised.

“Healthy Land. Healthy Animals. Healthy People.”

Pasture-Raised Pork

An old-world style of pork that offers UNMATCHED flavor and quality.

Our pigs always have the ability to forage and graze naturally off of the land, which accounts for a majority of their nutritional needs. This is an unheard-of concept in today’s commercial meat market. As a result, you will notice meat that is deep red in color and meat that possesses generous marbling. Heritage pork is renowned for its juicy, tender, and flavorful characteristics.

Our pasture raised pork is not only packed with flavor but it’s full of Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, and Vitamin D. All key components for bone health, heart health, and a strong healthy immune system.

We sell both custom cut half hogs, whole hogs, as well as bulk ground pork. You will be able to choose from all of your favorite traditional, custom, or smoked cuts. With options like tenderloins, Canadian bacon, traditional bacon, ribs, Italian sausage, breakfast sausage patties, ham steaks, summer sausage, and more!

Stock your freezer with all your favorite cuts and enjoy both the convenience and savings of buying a clean protein source in bulk all year long!

We are the Cleavenger family here at Triple J Farms in Prosser, Washington.

We set out wanting to fill our freezers with meat that we raised, cared for in the most ethical way possible, and meat that we could feel good about feeding our family. Today we are proud to provide our customers with that same food. Food that nourishes, and food that you can trust.

Here at Triple J Farms, we raise Idaho Pasture Pigs from start to finish. These pigs are a true representation of the pork our grandparent’s raised. The type of pork that was raised before there was a push for ‘ultra-lean’ meat.

We believe that raising animals should be simple, done ethically, and no short cuts can be taken. We pride ourselves in working hard as a family each and every day and raising our animals using old-fashioned fundamentals.

Here are a few videos of how our hogs are raised. They live their lives foraging on grass, roaming the open land, and wallowing in mud holes. Living like pigs were intended to live!

Commercially grown hogs are raised much differently than the way we choose to raise our hogs.

Meet The Crew

Bridget

Bridget is our youngest IPP sow. Bridget is 1 1/2 years old. When we first got her, she was extremely kind but not too sure of us. She kept her distance and did her own thing. However, she quickly warmed up! She now comes up and puts her head in your hands and loves her little face rubbed!

Bridget is a great mother and always takes the best care of her babies. Piglet crushing in the early days is a common problem that occurs with many sows. We have noticed with Bridget that she is extra aware in the first few weeks following her piglets birth. Any time a piglet makes a noise she is up and moving around, making sure that she is not lying on one. Bridget is an amazing mom!

Bonnie

Bonnie is a 5-year-old Idaho Pasture Pig and was our first IPP pig that we purchased here at Triple J Farms. Bonnie is the one that helped us get this wild dream of ours off the ground. Bonnie is literally the BEST girl ever! She is SO sweet. The BEST mom. ALWAYS polite. And she puts up with us giving her at least 100 hugs a day.

Bonnie isn’t like most pigs… Bonnie doesn’t squeal or make a ruckus; she politely greets you whenever you go to visit her with her sweet little pig chatter.

Bonnies favorite things are apples, scratches behind her ears, and very long naps!

Barley

Barley is a 4-year-old Idaho Pasture Pig and is our Boar here at Triple J Farms! Boars can often times be intimidating, and typically have a bad reputation. Boars are BIG, they can be loud, and boars can often times be pushy and mean.

However, Barley is the best boy! Barley is BIG weighing in at right around 500 pounds. While he is a large animal, he is very respectful. Barley only gets a little noisy when he can’t contain his excitement for food! Barleys favorite thing is snacks and back scratches, always gently begging for both.
